Ingredients:
Carrots: 4 Ginger: 1 tsp
Beans:8 Garlic :1 tsp
Capsicum :1 Red Chilli :1 tsp
Green Onions : 4 Turmeric: ¼ tsp
Garam Masala : ½ tsp
Chicken : Breasts
Corn Flour :2 Tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Butter : To add flavor
Garnishing: Cilantro with Mint
Method:
Cut all vegetables & Clean chicken with turmeric water .Put oil in a pressure cooker Add chicken and all vegetables saute it for some time then add ginger paste,garlic paste,garam masala,salt to taste,red Chilli Powder,add Corn Flour and Cook it for approximately 20 minutes on medium low flame . Mix it very well once done and add butter ,cilantro and Mint leaves for garnishing
